I’ve tried a lot of purple shampoos over the years, but the Milk_Shake Icy Blonde Shampoo is by far my favorite. I love this stuff. The smell is absolutely amazing. Even my picky cat, who slid sensitive to smells, likes it. He tries to eat my hair after I wash it. Lol. Cats are weird. But this really does the job. It removes the brassiness. My hair feels good after using. I've used it multiple times with a week and my hair still felt healthy. It's not drying at all. The bottle is pricey for the size, but I feel it's worth it. I saw reviews about bottle leakage, but mine came in perfect condition and was well secured. The review requirement is asking if the bottle is sturdy lol I mean I guess so. It feels like a bottle to me ... A real sturdy bottle? Anyway, this is totally worth the purchase.

I’ve used this twice since I got it and I’ve gotta say, this is holy grail for icy/light blondes. I had just a bit of yellow that had peeked through after toning and this completely took care of it. Honestly, it almost worked TOO well; the instructions say to leave it on for a few minutes so I did that, not even thinking about how porous my hair is, and I might have left it on longer than I needed to because I had just a bit of purple tinge the first time I used it. If your hair sucks up color like mine, you really only need it on for a minute or less. It lathers really well, doesn’t dry out my hair or leave it feeling damaged, and leaves my hair bright and icy every time. I doubt I’ll ever use a different purple shampoo now that I’ve found this one. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

This product was recommended to me by my hair stylist. My blonde tends to get brassy. I use this once a week to keep it bright and silvery. It is very tinted and can stain hands or shower curtain if you're not careful with it. Amazing product and does not dry out hair like most purple shampoos. I use it along with Milk Shake moisture plus conditioner for the best results. It comes completely wrapped in plastic with a sealed bottle, ensuring it does not spill!

This shampoo delivers on tone—my blonde looks noticeably cooler and brighter after each wash, and the sweet grape scent is so refreshing. It’s easy to use and gives instant shine, but I do wish it was a bit more hydrating. I’ve noticed my ends get dry if I don’t follow up with a deep conditioner. Also, the bottle sometimes leaks during travel. Still, it’s a solid choice for keeping brassiness at bay!

So impressed! Every purple shampoo I've ever used leaves my hair feeling dry and it makes a huge mess but this stuff is AMAZING! First, it goes on like a thick lotion vs a shampoo consistency, it doesn't make a mess at all. Not only that, but it made my hair so soft! I only used the shampoo and conditioner for about a minute each because I didn't want to over do it and I could see the difference. Next time I'll feel comfortable to leave it on a little longer. I can't believe how soft and manageable my hair feels!

This stuff actually works and I recommend using gloves and really work it into your hair! Salon quality- better than purple shampoo if you are really wanting ashy tones. Dont keep on longer than 10 minutes at a time! Will be buying again.
