Great introduction packed with information for the uninitiated. Bit small to read but not a problem. Recommend

Very small and compact but has great pictures and page layout making the read very easy but educational at the same time.

A handy pocket sized guide that tells you much of what you need to know to get started. I used it to bring me up to speed for discussion within the university regarding a proposed research project. Very useful and easy to read. The concepts are explained clearly and simply leaving the reader feeling confident that they know enough to make a start on such projects.

This little book is packed with information about hydroponics and is a good starter or pocket guide. The only problem is that the print used inside is so small, it is barely readable without a magnifying glass! As it is privately published, I assume the small print was chosen to reduce costs but that was a mistake. A larger print would make the very useful information within it easily accessible.

Full of mistakes. Basic book and expensive.

Somehow I didn't realize that this book is very small - although I'm very interested in the topic simply haven't made the attempt to open it; reverted to Google or YouTube.

Pocker size with the basic so perfect for beginner

Really, really basic. The book is so small (smaller than A5 and 20 odd pages) and everything is so cramped that it makes it hard to understand. You better off searching on the internet.

A very accessible book with all the basics to run a small home-grown hydroponic systems. As the title says, you won't find here any detailed description of working of nutrients, plant selection, how to chosen it, but it indeed is an effective visual guide which address every step of 'making your own' hydroponic system, and of 'making it work' (which is definitively the hardest part). A practical aid for the hydroponics do-it-yourself practitioners!

Mr George Van Patten (aka papy Cervantes) s'est pas trop cassé la nénette avec ce" livre" genre poche et je dirais même plus, petite la poche. Il s'agit en fait d'un petit livret voire brochure de 80 petites pages pleines de petites illustrations présentant très très sommairement la culture hydroponique. C'est vraiment destiné aux personnes qui n'y connaissent pas grand chose mais c'est pas juste avec ça qu'elles pourront s'y essayer (avec succès). D'une part les infos proposées sont facilement trouvables sur le net et de l'autre ce livret (de poche) datant de 2004 et en 14 ans les technologies et matériels ont évolués même si les principes fondamentaux restent les mêmes. Vous apprendrez bien plus en lisant l'ouvrage récent de William Texier (un cador dans son domaine) L'Hydroponie pour Tous, la version longue étant bien sur la plus intéressante et la plus complète....C'est en français, c'est mieux et c'est plus cher et voila.
