This is a classic and important book to have in any survivalist bug out bag or pack. It's small size is ideal , and contains tons of potentially life saving information in the event of there being no Internet or apps available. I would recommend anyone who is serious about surviving the coming collapse of this society to invest in a copy, and more importantly, read it and start practicing some of the content.

This book is superb! Written by the legendary Lofty Wiseman and absolutely packed full of information. I used to have the full sized version of this and it was a big,hefty book. This pocket sized version is great, will fit into my kit and is easy to handle and read.

Handy little book

Very informative and interesting besides it could be so very useful in an emergency.

Regarded by many ( on both sides of pond ) as the definitive book of this genre .

Great little gem!

First of all it is very small. It is palm sized. If you have trouble with small print then it will not be worth getting. It’s a decent enough read, some good points are made in there with regards to IF a global catastrophe occurred for example and you didn’t know diddly squat about anything. ie if you’re a banker living in the city and used to your butler wiping you up after a toilet visit, it might just save your life perhaps. But there are a lot of assumptions made in this literature, for example in the wilds a good option for cooking in is a metal stove! Well yeah obviously. But if you were shipwrecked or plane wrecked I doubt very much if a desert island would just happen to have any lying about for your use! Also, the section on cooking in the bush; wood fires and meat. You can’t just use any old wood you may happen across. Some wood will leach into the food and could be very dangerous. There is zero mention of this at all. All in all, an ok book but I doubt very much if it would be taken very serious by hardened survivalists in some matters. More if a novelty really and something you may want to read on the bog just before Jeeves arrives with your warm, wet and soapy flannels.

Fat pocket sized 'everything you wanted to know but were afraid to ask' book! Tons of information. Small print.

This book comes in multiple versions so make sure you do your research on which one you want ! This one is about 4-5 inches tall and about 400 pages. A size perfect for travel which covers the basics you need for survival.

For some reason I didn't think it was a small book. Should have read it better, but it didn't matter and actually love the fact that it is small, compact, and easy to carry. Very useful, and loaded with information. Mostly practical and easy to follow. Great little friend to have along.

Articolo arrivato nei tempi stabiliti. Integro e conforme alla descrizione. E' un buon sunto e abbastanza utile. Certo rispetto alla versione più grossa (di 750 pagine, ben più esaustivo, difficile da portarsi dietro e non lo si trova su amazon) gli manca comunque qualcosa... Piccolino e tutto in inglese.
