Bought this on advice from Vet as I have 3 cats. It works well in reducing stress and they are more relaxed

I have this on subscription so that arrives when needed without me having to think about it. As I have 3 cats I find the house to be a peaceful place when in use however when the product is coming to an end I can always tell as the cats start to bicker amounts themselves. Very good product for multi cat household. It's easy to insert I to the plug in with no issues at all and once pluged into the socket works wonders. Ideally have it located in a central location to where the cats walk passed regularly. I have mine in close proximity to Thier feeding bowls.

I really think this works. I was introducing a rather stroppy 11 year old boycat to my resident rather timid senior cat recently. I watched the Jackson Galaxy videos, read up about it and generally stressed myself right out. I was fearing the worst, imagining fights and weeks of disharmony. Got this plugged in and put up a mesh door screen from Amazon to let them see each other without touching ( a godsend). It all went very smoothly. Resident cat showed no fear at all. We had a couple of hissy fits from new cat but no fights at all and, within 2 weeks, they were chasing each other around playing. They will never be best buddies but they are quite happy in close proximity to each other and sometimes sit with each other if it is a bit cold. I don't know, maybe they would have been ok without but I do believe Feliway Friends has had a positive effect. The cats do like to sit near it so I believe it may be soothing and reassuring. I am keeping one plugged in for now, I also got the Feliway Optimum to keep things ticking over until I am confident that they are both settled. All in all a good purchase.

I know the Feliway products work for some cats because I have read so many reviews and articles. Even my vet recommended them. So I tried the basic Feliway first to try soothe my kitty who is a little anxious we 'THINK' because of other cats outside in our street. He's our only cat, young adult male who has developed a reoccurring UTI due to stress. (however, I kid you not he is the most spoiled rotten little fluff all who is curled up in my arms as I write this review). But unfortunately I haven't noticed any changes in his anxiety behavior at all with the basic diffuser or this one. We placed the diffuser in a well ventilated spot but again... No change whatsoever which I am gutted about (I even bought the spray which I use on our sofa). I won't give this a bad review even though It hasn't worked for my little Freddie because as I mentioned earlier - from reading many reviews and vet recommendations I'm pretty sure they do work... But maybe on certain cats? Some cats it may work with and some perhaps not. Or my little Freddie is just a very (very) special case! But after purchasing it three times... They aren't cheap and I don't think I'll purchase another however much I wish it would work. But postage has always been quick and well packaged with instructions!

The best thing about these is that they WORK. I have 12 cats all rescues from early age all have been castrated and spayed. The one thing when you have that many cats you risk the chance of fighting or spraying where they spray urine up items in your house to mark territory. Since we started using these after many other cheaper and more pricier ones these were the only ones that worked and did not leave a horrible smell in the house. Some others we tried stink worse than the cat spray but we found soon as we purchased one of these to start all the cats just went into ime a hippy from the 70s and were rolling around quite near to where it was plugged in. All the fighting from the top 4 cats stopped and they went soppy. All the spraying from several of the cats started to slow down and over the week stopped altogether. These were on a low price and we bought several of these and now just buy these refills now as the main unit lasts a lifetime so ime informed. We have a 3 bedroom house and we plug ours in on the landing upstairs and that's all we seem to need when we come out the bedroom all the cats are asleep on the landing when we switch this on You can leave it on permanently but we only stick ours on at night as it's pointless during the day as the cats are usually out and if you got windows open what's the point having it turned on its pointless plus it lasts longer when its switched on from about 7.30pm to 8.30am when we start hoovering. I recomend these to all cat owners as these really do work. It's made our life so much better especially now all the spraying has stopped as that smell is horrendous. Plus it's nice to see calm cats. You are advised to use this one for more than one cat or they do another for a single cat home but usually if you only got one cat you dont get the hassle of spraying so much if you have a Male that has been castrated and the females dont spray.

I use this product all the time to calm down one of my cats who can be a bit feisty to my other cat without it.

Mon vieux chat de plus de 15 ans arrive à accepter le chaton de 8 mois. Est-ce grâce au Feliway, ou est-ce par accommodation ? C'est impossible à dire, et je ne peux pas réitérer mon expérience sans le Feliway, donc il semble assez difficile d'apporter la preuve scientifique de l'efficacité de cette phéromone. Ce que je peux garantir, c'est que mon vieux chat vient systématiquement s'installer près de la prise Feliway, même s'il s'agit d'endroits inhabituels pour lui. On pourrait en déduire qu'il apprécie l'odeur. Le petit chat aime aussi, mais il ne peut pas rester dans un rayon de 50cm de la prise, il rentre la tête dans ses épaules quand l'odeur devient trop forte. Par contre, regarder si vous ne feriez pas une meilleure affaire sur le site du fabricant directement par exemple...

Lo compré al adoptar a mi segunda gata, lo puse inmediatamente e hice las presentaciones correctamente, pero por la diferencia de edad y de caracter de mis chicas, a veces surgen pequeños roces. Pensé que el producto no estaba haciendo nada, hasta que se acabó y se desató la guerra en casa. Volví a comprarlo y lo puse dos días después de que acabara el anterior y en una o dos horas se enterró el hacha de guerra. Sigue habiendo algún pequeño roce, pero nada que ver con lo que pasa en su ausencia.

Very goodI think its working my cats are getting friendlier and the fights are lessening
