I bought this Plus Plus Building Blocks Toy (600 pieces) as a present for my 6-year-old, and it’s been a huge hit! My son loves these and they’ve kept him busy building all different things. Easy to take apart and rebuild. Added bonus that some glow in dark. Great little stocking filler.

Really good strong construction toy. Definitely a popular addition to the classroom full. Really good for enhancing creativity, however, the pieces were smaller than at first thought. This hasn’t been a problem for my 5-7 yr olds apart from losing pieces due to the small size. Really sturdy pieces and not too expensive when pieces need replacing. Really nice and colourful with smooth edges, so no worries about hurting little fingers.

My son spotted these in a local garden centre and spent ages playing with them in the store. You can make various shapes and items. They are quite nice to feel and play with. A great distressing activity. Not as harsh as lego. Very small so not suitable for very young children. They come in all sorts of colours but this box containing 600 pieces is a great starter set. The box is great for storage too. Very pleased. Putting away for Christmas but will update the review with pictures once opened and played with. Various videos online show step by step to make some epic builds.

J’ai acheté cette boite de Plus-Plus pour mes enfants. Ils sont véritablement accros à ces petits + Ils permettent de créer tout type de forme, aussi bien en 3D (cube, maison, …) qu’en 2D à plat. Et c’est surtout pour ce côté 2D que mes enfants aiment ces Plus-Plus. Il est possible de créer tout un tas de formes et de personnages type pixel art grâce à ces petites pièces. Fan de pixels art mes enfants créent tout un tas de personnages, Mario, Yoshi et leurs compagnons à l’aide de ces Plus-Plus, ils les adorent et y jouent des heures. De nombreux modèles et exemples sont disponibles gratuitement sur internet et c’est presque sans limites. Les petites pièces s’assemblent très facilement et la construction devient relativement solide une fois les pièces clipsées les unes aux autres. Cette boite contient un grand nombre de pièces de différentes couleurs et cela permet de créer pleins de formes et de personnages différents. Attention toutefois, pour plus de réalisme il sera peut-être intéressant de mixer différentes boites afin d’avoir une palette de couleur très large (il existe des gammes pastel ou des nuances de certaines couleurs, blanc, gris, noir). Alors pourquoi acheter ces Plus-Plus : + Pour la faciliter de création + Les possibilités illimitées aussi bien en 3D qu’en 2D + La qualité des pièces + Le prix des boites, très accessible. + Pleins de modèles disponibles gratuitement sur internet. + On peut me faire des toupies (voir vidéo jointe au commentaire). En revanche : - Tout est statique (pas de roues, pas de charnières) - Pas de licences (comme chez Lego avec Batman, Spiderman, etc. dont les enfants raffolent) - Pour les parents ranger une chambre pleine de Plus-Plus c’est une vraie galère, il en traine toujours quelque part. Au final, que vous connaissiez ou non les Plus-Plus je vous recommande l’achat de ces boites, ce jeu est vraiment super, les possibilités infinies et les enfants adorent.

My kids love Plus-Plus. The neon colors are really fun - and I'm not typically all about buying pretty much anything neon. These pass my personal arbitrary preference test for engaging and not obnoxious neon colors. They are fun to snap together and take apart; they are equal age-opportunity toys and are fun for my children ages 4, 6, and 9. The pieces seem to be made of a very high-quality plastic that is pleasant to hold and manipulate. They come second in our house only to a first-place tie of Lego and Playmobil. The nice thing about Plus-Plus is that you can put them into a reasonably small bag and take them on the go much more easily than a pile of Legos. This seems like a great gift idea for any child who already seems to have everything else. Enjoy!
