This works great. I have a good set of kitchen knives that have gotten dull. Using this sharpener I was able to get 10 different knives sharpened to the point that they will cut a grape paper thin with only the weight of the knife. That includes the smallest paring knife that only has a 3 inch blade. I am capable of sharping use a stone, however this setup is much faster and easier. Worth the money to me.

Malgré le prix élevé, je le recommande si vous avez des couteaux de cuisine de qualité. J'ai même affilé mes vieux couteaux et ils coupent encore très bien! Pour mes couteaux haut de gamme, il faut faire venir l'autre kit de pierres. Je suis très satisfaite! Chez l'émouleur (endroit spécialisé pour affilé les couteaux de haute qualité) ça coûte 25$/par coûteux. Faites le calcul!
