Let me preface this review by acknowledging the fact that It's difficult to judge a product listed on Amazon without a decent baseline of reviews. It's also easy to get fooled by marketplace sellers that either pay or otherwise incent buyers to leave 5 star reviews for their products in exchange for free products, discounts, etc..I spent a lot of time researching a diffuser that I could install into my home HVAC system and my main criteria was it had to be capable of producing scent into my 4000sq ft living space adequately, and it had to be distributed and supported by a US-based company.This led me to the Venetian - Wall Mountable unit from ThreeDropsofLife. The unit arrived quickly and was packaged well. All items were included for proper operation and despite a minor glitch on the first trial run, this unit can MORE than accomodate my home with scent at 30% strength. I actually backed it down to 25% and have left it there ever since.. It's easy to program and has consistently operated on the exact schedule i programmed for the last week and a half.Back to the minor glitch and why I felt compelled to write this review. The level of service i received from Jeff at ThreeDropsofLife is exactly why I only choose products supported and distributed in the US. Jeff responded to my email with 30 minutes on a Saturday and we set up a time for a phone call to walk through my issue on Monday. Although an offer was made to replace my unit with a new one right away, I chose to make a small adjustment on my own, with his blessing, and the problem was solved and it's been flawless ever since.I highly recommend this unit if you're looking for a high quality and powerful standalone OR HVAC installed scent diffuser but more importantly recommend ThreeDropsofLife.

Update: July of 2025 and my machine is still going strong!I purchased the Venetian 500ML in January of 2023 and am currently writing this review in July of 2024. I'm not one to typically write reviews but I felt as though I was taking a bit of gamble when I first bought this diffuser because there weren't many reviews and it seemed as though opinions on it were a bit mixed.I had one issue with my machine shortly after purchasing it but I reached out to Three Drops of Life and they were quick to respond and help. Since then it has been smooth sailing with this machine. It does an amazing job at dispersing scent throughout my home. I do not have it mounted by my HVAC. I wasn't sure how great that would work out since my AC does not run non-stop, but cuts on/off throughout the day. I simply have it placed it in a central location in my home and that seems to work just fine.I will say I do clean my machine regularly as instructed in the manual. This was an investment for me considering the price so I try to do my best to maintain it as it should be to prolong it's lifespan. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and am happy with the customer service I received from Three Drops of Life.

I bought this machine as a gift for my husband's office.It worked fine the first 2 week, then start malfunctioning and after that we could never make it work again.Terrible quality, I wish someone would have warned me before I bought it. It feels the worst knowing that more than $300 went straight to the trash.Do not buy it!***************************************a month after sibmitting this review , I still dont know what to do with the machine , or if there is a service center I can go to for maintenance.

I have few complaints, the instructions come in loose leaf paper and don't explain much. I'd like to know what an "event" is. And the device goes only up to 95% and shuts off at weird times. No idea why and when. Just a tip to anyone buying; don't put your face anywhere near the spout, I turned it on just to make sure the 250ml oil I bought was working (I just wanted to try the oil before I made a bigger purchase) and it went in my face and it took me a long time to catch my breathe.but it says 500ml lasts a month (no idea what settings though) so im assuming 250 is a couple weeks, so it's a steal. I'd buy it again.

I have owned "The Chateau” from the same maker for years and it was still going strong, but I moved into a larger home with three stories and decided to upgrade to the “The Palace”.This thing is amazing. We have only had it a few days now, but as we are still getting some items delivered we have really enjoyed hearing nearly everyone who has come in to install appliances or bring new furniture or place security cameras tell us that our home smells great. And through masks too! We have been using their White Lilly fragrance.Not only does it work well, but the set-up was also very simple there are just four buttons and it’s very intuitive. There are clear instructions and the seller was quick to respond when I had a question, but I really didn’t need any assistance getting it up and running in a matter of minutes.Between the two units I have now, it will be a long, long time before I have to buy anything but oils again, but I will encourage everyone who comments on our home’s beautiful scent that they should buy one too.
