Fairly new to milling own flour. Found Palouse and used them for initial products. I came across another provider that had received great reviews. Ordered hard white but quality was not what I had expected. It had ALOT of stems and morning glory seeds. The company did refund me and I disposed of the product. Then went back to Palouse. Always clean, smells and tastes great, and delivery is quick. Highly recommend. They will remain my go to supplier.

Perfect for grinding… baked all my stuff perfectly. Just as expected and very clean! Tastes good!

First order of Palouse Soft white wheat berries. Very clean grain. Haven’t baked with them yet. Only downside was the box it was packed in was too small and not sealed well so box was split open on both front and back sides. Thankfully the grain was intact and bag hadn’t broken open.

Needed soft white wheat but didn’t want a 45 pound bucket. This is perfect. Wheat is very clean, great flavor, and made delicious muffins.
