These are delicious and addictive. My favorite product by Legendary Foods, with the Cinnamon Rolls not too far behind. But not only do these taste great, but they actually settle/calm my stomach whenever I'm feeling even remotely queasy. I've started a subscription now and imagine I'll be buying these for as long as they are in production. Obsessed. Addicted. Yum!! (I lean keto, btw)

I do not see a blood sugar spike after eating this product evey though there are a signifivant amount of carbs. I would repurchased. Very heavy not light like a reguler bun. The taste is good. Kind of pricey,

These are good, very fulfilling. Can eat them cold or heat them in the microwave.

It works as a sweet roll, but the berry flavour isn’t there at all…just tastes like sugar.

So, this is a fabulous keto friendly snack. I did as other reviews suggested and heated in the microwave for 12 seconds which added another dimension of deliciousness to these already super delicious sweet rolls. I have tried the Wild Berry and the plain Cinnamon roll. Both are good, I would say Wild Berry is the best. Once heated, its almost like there is jelly between the rolls which was like a treat. I had thought they put Wild Berry over the cinnamon roll, but no. I was happy to find out the Wild Berry is just wild berry, not wild berry on top of cinnamon roll. Also, I am someone who prefers plain. I was really surprised I liked this roll even more than the plain cinnamon roll. But both are delicious and extremely low carb for such a great snack. Highly recommend.
