Burdock Root, 90-Count Capsules Antioxidant Burdock Root

I started using Burdock root some time ago, after I kept having a few acne cysts popping up on a regular basis. I was already on something to help clear up my skin, but it wasn't quite doing it for those extra times when hormones were raging, so I wanted something natural to help me. After some research, I tried this and I have to say that my skin is almost always acne free. Every once in awhile, I may feel one start to form, but it will quickly go away. I hardly ever have one fully develop into a nasty pimple with a whitehead. I recommend trying this if you have some acne, as it has helped me.

I feel a little better, how can you measure that. I am looking for antioxidants to increase oxygen in my blood. This product has digestive properties, I am looking for something that may be useful for this new concept of insulin resistance. We have a lot of diabetes on my mother’s side of the family. The affect is subtle, well it is a herb it is not a chemical compound.

I am really happy with my purchase and delivery of the Burdock Root. I use it for cleaning the blood of toxic compounds and as a diuretic to flush my kidneys. I am a diabetic and have experienced a lower blood glucose level since taking the product.

The Burdock Root is as expected. Coated, easy to swallow capsules. I bought this because I heard it was good for skin problems. I had basel cell removed and thought I'd try this to see if it helped prevent further issues. I go back to the Dr in 6 mo so I am interested to see the results.

I tried this based on recommendations for energy and clear skin. I haven't noticed an improvement. I haven't experienced any side effects.

I was really hoping this was going to be the product that would finally clear up my skin issues. Unfortunately it provided an estrogenic response and brought about a whole new set of symptoms.

I can't really say whether this supplement "does" anything for me. But, I open up the capsules and add it to hot black tea with honey, and it's great. Doesn't dissolve well, though, so I always have to swish the cup around towards the end so I don't get a mouthful of burdock root all at once.

I tried this for a few months for my skin. This is pretty tricky because I don't have acne, I just have clogged pores. The pores don't turn into acne bumps or get inflamed...they are just clogged...all the time every day no matter what I do with or without makeup...all clogged. SO I tried this and I don't feel it helped for this purpose. Maybe my skin was a little less oily and I also didn't get the few breakouts I do get. After I stopped taking it my back, chest and shoulders broke out in actual acne, so maybe it was actually doing something.
