Quailty PC
I recently purchased a Cyberpowerd PC and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed. This computer is an absolute powerhouse! It runs all of my programs with lightning-fast speed and the graphics are stunning. I am a graphic designer and I require a lot of processing power for my work, and this PC has exceeded all of my expectations. The setup process was a breeze, with clear instructions and everything I needed included in the package. The build quality of the PC is top-notch, with high-quality components and a sleek design that looks great in my home office. One thing I particularly appreciate about this PC is how quiet it is. I've had computers in the past that were loud and distracting, but this one is virtually silent. It's also very efficient, with low power consumption that helps me save on my energy bill. Overall, I am extremely happy with my Cyberpowerd PC and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and high-performance computer. Whether you're a gamer, a graphic designer, or just need a powerful PC for work, this computer has everything you need and more. Five stars!

Quiet, powerful.
I usually build my own PC's, but I decided to avoid the hassle and get one that's prebuilt this time. I'm happy I did with this computer, as it runs extremely quietly with normal use, and as it is audible during gameplay, it's not too terribly loud. I loved the little accessory pouch it came with too. I won't be using the keyboard as much as I have an actual mechanical and this one tries to replicate it but doesn't have the exact feel. It's a nice keyboard though and I will be using it during streaming as it's significantly quieter. The mouse is nice, it's RGB and has weights you can remove in the bottom of it. The tempered glass panels are nice and I was never a big fan of RGB until I got to see it with my own eyes. It's fun and nice to use. I love how it comes with a remote control to change the styles and colors of it. My only complaint with that is it didn't work out of box right away with me, and I had to open the side panel to plug that in. (Although the manual DOES say to open it up , remove the packing material and check for any loose cables.) I do wish i could manually change the RGB on the PC itself somewhere via switch or something instead of relying 100% on a remote but that's okay. So far, my purchase of this PC is great and the games are gorgeous. It almost feels wrong to play the games on ultra for me since I'm so used to my mid-ranged PC's but for the price of this prebuilt, it's worth it. if I had ANY suggestions, it would be that maybe give an RGB keyboard. It just feels weird having a white LED keyboard when the PC and mouse are RGB. That and maybe a few cable ties. Other than that, great PC. I'd say though this PC's good for people who are accustomed to opening up their computers and checking connections/knowing what parts are what as you're going to need to do that from the start.

Top-Notch Gaming PC for a Reasonable Price
I've been wanting a gaming PC for awhile that was capable of running certain games that I frequently play--currently, Skyrim, Crusader Kings 3, Victoria 3, Sims 3 and Sims 4--none of which (as vanilla games) really require this horsepower, but it's nice to have the power to run more advanced games or heavily modded Skyrim. I also ordered an additional 2 TB SSD (for my data) and 64 GB RAM. Thought about getting a new fan, based on the reviews, but I don't need to overclock the speed--yet. Booting it up was a breeze, no problems with getting it running (well, with the Sims 3 since this is a 12th Gen Intel Chip you need to do a few tricks to run, but nothing too difficult). After it booted up fine, I shut it down, added the RAM and second SSD, had no problems getting those running. When I rebooted, downloaded Steam and Victoria 3 and started playing--wow, what a difference! I was upgrading from a Lenovo Flex 14 2-in-1 with an AMD Ryzen 5 3500U Processor and Radeon Vega 8 Graphics, 20 GB RAM (a great little machine which I hope to keep for years, but it's no gaming PC). Vicky 3 ran with low graphics and stuttered a lot under my old laptop; now, I see it in all of it's glory! Unmodded Skyrim ran just fine, and hope to add some serious graphic mods soon to see how they look. Sims 3 ran fine with all expansion packs and several mods and custom content, even used a NYC world that was huge, and it ran smoothly. All in all, zero issues. I was a bit scared that the fans would be noisy--haven't noticed it yet. Can't comment on technical support because I didn't need it.

Great PC so far--loving the aesthetics and the build!
First off, the LED lights on the tower are controlled by remote and can be turned off completely, which was important to me if I'm using the PC in the dark. I've only been using the PC for a day, and I'm very impressed! Everything is running smooth; the inside of the PC looks great and is very organized. RAM/Memory can easily be upgraded if you need that! I am a little sad that there is no USB-C port, but I knew that going into the purchase, and I accepted it for the price that I paid! Other than that, the fan isn't loud at all. Granted, I haven't played the heaviest of duty games yet, so I will update when that day comes but right now through some video and photo editing, I've been very impressed! :) The WiFi isn't the fastest, so I do recommend having an ethernet connection readily available if you can. It works enough for most tasks but the speeds are noticeable when running an internet speed check. The keyboard and mouse are good quality as well.

Perfect performance to cost ratio. You get what you paid for.
This is my second purchase of a CyperPower PC. The first one i got 6 years ago and it's still going strong! It's just my birthday and I wanted a new toy with shiny new upgrades. I never had any issues with the first til this day. I upgraded the GPU and RAM once during that time, still no issues with any of the other hardware. This PC I just received about 3 hours ago and I have since set it up according to it's instructions which are very clear. The PC started up without a hitch. Very quick, very smooth. I got everything I expected nothing more, nothing less. Its significantly better than my former PC, the case looks amazing, and my ONLY minor complaint so far is that it is a wee bit loud plus there is an occasional high pitch vibrating noise it makes from time to time(odd) but so far so good. Unfortunately I didn't know the 3060 does not support DVI which I was using previously so I've had to order a DisplayPort and wait a couple days on that. My monitor unfortunately does not run at 144fps over HDMI so if you're not sure just grab a DisplayPort cable if your monitor uses one.

This PC is honestly impressive
Let me start this review by saying: I've been around computers my entire life. I have built my own, I have purchased prebuilt PCs, and I have assembled computers for friends. I have had poor experiences with prebuilt computers in the past, mainly because the CPU was bottle-necking the GPU or vice versa. I always had to upgrade it in some way, whether it be the RAM or installing a new CPU... I was never able to plug it in and play it right away without upgrading it in some way. The positives: I received this PC and was immediately impressed with the build-quality, the cable management, and the temperature of the computer when running intense games. Both the CPU and the GPU hover at around 70 degrees Celsius when running graphics-intense games - that's an ideal temperature in my opinion and will not easily overheat the computer. The 3060rtx located in this computer is ideal for gaming at high FPS mainly because it's the 12gb version of the 3060rtx. Had it been the 8gb version, I would have warned you to stay away - but the 12gb version is nearly perfect for high-end gaming and is a perfect match with the i7-12700f in this computer. The negatives: I have only two. Firstly, the fans can get quite loud in this pc - I suspect it's mainly the GPU fans, because whenever I open a game and a little action happens, the fans kick in pretty hard. It's definitely not a dealbreaker, especially if you have headphones. The second negative is not really a negative, but 16gb of RAM seems like it almost isn't enough for most games nowadays. Even just opening WoW on this computer uses roughly 14gb of the RAM. That's easily upgradeable and not a dealbreaker in the slightest. In summary, I recommend this PC to anyone looking to purchase a good gaming computer. It's nice enough that it should last for years to come, and you can upgrade it in the future if necessary. I haven't been this excited about a PC in years and would happily purchase from Cyberpowerpc in the future.

Amazing experience, awesome PC
PC arrived in great condition, excellent packaging. I have a dedicated data line vs wifi which made for a simple connection and the PC setup and Windows 11 set up process was easy! My 18 year old was blown away that an old guy like me was up and running in like 15-20 minutes with majority of my old content accessible. Helps when most data is cloud these days! My first test of processing power was to reload Steam and play 7 Days to Die. Ran ultra mode and holy cow its like i have been playing with scuba goggles in jello until now. Ive never been off low settings so you can imagine. Crazy responsive game play and the visual details i am seeing now have transformed the game. Cant wait to load some ultra real mods on Minecraft and revisit an old favorite there. Opened up web based office apps, while downloading a bunch of games off xbox, and playing 7D2D and I couldnt see any performance lags at all. Im no pro gamer though and cant comment on live shooter games and speeds on valorant or fnite for example. First 24 hours my impression of CYBERPOWERPC is top marks, highly recommend. And thanks AMAZON for careful quick delivery. One of my best purchases to date!

Let me explain.
The PC is great, build was good, case is awesome, lighting is good, cable management is good, expandability is good. Now for the bad small dent in read corner of case, not a big deal but couple of been advoided with better packaging. The real bad.... The graphics card was dead on arrival. I contacted Amazon, they wanted me to ship the entire PC back I did not want to because I had already installed an upgraded AIO water cooler/radiator and two 1tb ssd's and 16 GB more of parts matching ram into the system. Why would I do this if the graphics card was bad you might ask.... Let me explain, the PC booted fine, and everything seemed okay. The graphics card would fail totally once you put any sort of load on it and for the next few restarts would have green line all over the screen. (No it wasn't a bad cable I checked). So back to the story I purchased this PC along with components mentioned to upgrade as a gift for my wife. I tested as far as boot up everything seemed fine (Lesson learned to test further). Didn't notice a issue other than the dent in the rear of the case, which I didn't have to straighten out to get the thumbscrew to work properly. I installed all the parts, installed her favorite games and gifted it to my wife....surprise your gpu is dead. Great.... So I contacted Amazon, asked for a replacement part with warranty did mention. Amazon basically said no send the whole thing back and we will refund for replace afterwards. So I contacted cyberpowerPC and after a week of waiting I finally got a reply. Go ahead to sent the graphics card back and they would replace after the received and confirmed it was faulty....oh an I had to pay for shipping with insurance myself or they would refuse to warranty. So I shipped them the card and waited...and waited and waited.... And finally got a notification they would be sending a replacement..... I got tired of waiting and I bought a whole other graphics card and had it installed for three weeks before the replacement came. The replacement is sitting in the box still, never tested it, but based on other reviews I've read it's probably faulty as well I don't have high hopes for it at least... Moral of the story you may get lucky and have no issues or you may have a nightmare of a warranty process. If I had to do it all over again I would of just built it myself.
