Great Extender, Especially for TP-Link Based One-Mesh Network
Really great extender that works flawlessly with my TP Link Router Archer BE800. There were certain dead spots or inconsistent WiFi in our two-story house with a large yard and a gym shed in the back yard (that requires WiFi for music and TV, etc.) I've now got two of these RE815X extenders, and they were quite easy to set up, connect via one-mesh (basically the same SSID and password, so devices just automatically jump to the nearest/strongest version of the main network depending on proximity). It works quite well, and I now get solid throughput in the backyard and throughout all rooms of the house. Having tried multiple router and extender configurations over the years, this one is the one that just works.

Outdoor camera signal and more.
This range extender has been amazing for our home. We got it to improve signal for our outdoor cameras which were placed on a detached garage. We placed it in an upstairs bedroom, and it immediately improved coverage everywhere. Every device in our house connected great, including phones, laptops, TVs, smart home devices, cameras. You do need to manually go in select the extender and put in your regular Wi-Fi password to connect which was easy. What really impressed us is that it even reached our finished basement, which always struggled with weak signal before. Since installing this extender, the connection has been fast and reliable throughout the entire house with no dead zones. Setup was EASY, and once it was running, it just worked without any issues now been several months; and we’ve gone through more than one power outage without issue of it turning back on and working without any intervention on our end. For the performance and coverage it provides, this extender is well worth it. I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to boost WiFi coverage in a multi level home.

A good product I would buy again
Pretty easy setup. Only took me a few minutes. Now. It works great in my backyard pulling my Wi-Fi out into the patio. I have it inside a shed, so I don't have to test whether the weather would mess it up. I have purchased other extenders, and they stunk. Pleased to finally find one that was both relatively cheap and functional and easy to set up. Would buy again.

Amazing Wi-Fi 6 Extender – Solved My Dead Zone Problem!
I bought the TP-Link AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 Range Extender to fix a major issue: one of my rooms had no Ethernet connection and terrible Wi-Fi, and I almost called a handyman to install an Ethernet port in the room. A search online pointed me to the TP-Link AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 Range Extender. This extender solved the problem perfectly! Setting up with the TP-Link Tether app was quick and painless, and within minutes, I had strong, reliable Wi-Fi and a usable Ethernet port in that room. I tested it with my switch and "voila", it works! The performance has been excellent—fast speeds, smooth streaming, and stable connections with no more dropouts. Even devices that struggled before now work flawlessly. The extender blends right into my Spectrum Wi-Fi 7 network and provides seamless coverage across my home. I also love that it supports Wi-Fi 6 features like 160 MHz channels, which really boost performance, and the Gigabit Ethernet port for my wired devices I needed in my office, is the best thing I have now. Overall, this was exactly what I needed—easy setup, strong signal, and the perfect solution for a room without Ethernet access. Highly recommended!

Perfect
Been using this for a while now and oh my how has it helped me so much. It was super easy to set up and install, and when it was up and running I get very fast speeds. The way my router is I had to use Comcast pods to get internet all over the house but it was always disconnecting or just not fast but once i got this my speeds are almost doubled in the rest of the house and zero issues with disconnecting. I got rid of the pods and this is powerful enough to cover all the rest of the house. Well worth getting!

Really happy with the performance would definitely recommend if you have dead spots in your house
I bought this WiFi extender to fix a dead zone in our upstairs bedroom and in the garage, and it worked exactly the way I hoped. Setup was quick and easy, just plugged it in, followed the instructions, and it connected to our existing network without any issues. The signal in the bedroom is now strong and consistent, and we can finally stream and use our devices without constant buffering. The garage also went from basically no connection to a reliable signal, which is perfect for using our smart devices and streaming music while we’re out there. Overall, this extender has made a big difference in our home coverage. For the price, I’m really happy with the performance and would definitely recommend it if you have stubborn dead spots in your house.

Very pleased with the performance of this extender. Works great with an AX5400
I wanted to increase the WiFi coverage in my house, and this extender does a really good job of that! My router is a TP-Link AX5400 (Archer AX73), and is "EasyMesh" compatible. I tried using other less expensive (aka "cheaper") WiFi extenders, and I got what I paid for. TP-Link recommends this particular extender (the RE815X), and it works great. Setup was a very easy - Plug in the extender while it's near the router, press the WPS buttons on both devices. They link up, and you're good to go. Move the extender to where you want it, check that the signal light indicates it's receiving an acceptable signal, and that's it. The router and extender together use a third 5GHz radio to communicate with each other, and the extender essentially extends both the 2.4GHz and the 5GHz band so that BOTH bands get an extended signal. The end result is like having two routers. As for the size of the extender, it's larger than a dual outlet wall plate. I put mine in an unused outlet (imagine that!) under the counter in the kitchen. I put my router in one corner of the house floorplan, and I put the extender in the opposite diagonal corner. I now have better coverage for all my smart home and IOT devices. Devices on the second floor now get a 5GHz connection where they only had coverage for a 2.4GHz before. The signal is strong enough to reach Alexa devices in the backyard. The signal strength for my Ring cameras has improved with the addition of this extender. If I could change just one thing about it, it would be that the connected device names show up in the management interface of the extender. The router will identify all the devices connected to the network and show the name, MAC address, and DHCP assigned IP. The extender shows the devices that are connecting to the network using the extender, but the it (the extender) only shows the MAC address and IP of the devices, and not the name. This would be a "nice-to-have", but isn't a "show-stopper" for me. Overall, I'm very pleased with this product and I would recommend it. It might be seen as a little "pricey", but I think the overall value is well worth the cost. I have no regrets buying it.

Fixed our security camera issues
This extender has been fantastic. We were having trouble with our WiFi reaching across the house to our security cameras, as they were constantly going offline. Since we have had this device set up, they haven’t lost connection at all. Setup was interesting, but simple. The device actually creates an entirely new WiFi network that we had to connect the cameras to. It does require its own power outlet because I covers the whole thing, but we were able to give it a central location, and have not had any issues so far.
