My Critter Catcher Spider & Insect Catcher (2 Pack)

These work fantastic! They are cheap, so ofcourse, they don't last long. My partner can do things like catch and release a spider. Saving me from getting off the couch. Recommend? Yes Buy again? Yes but unfortunately due to quality of product.,

Purchased a 2-pack and only one worked!

It looks good, but that’s all. The few spiders I tried to catch with it kept getting out somehow. After a lot of try’s I would eventually be able to make it outside to let them go. All in all it’s not very good. It was a waste of money for me.

I can't believe I'm in my 70's and only gotten this product today! Where has it been all my life? No more being held hostage by spiders (etc) because you can't leave a room until you get them outta there. This product has a nice long handle (could be even a little longer), so you don't need to get right on top of the critter, and it picks it up so you can take it outside, far from the house. I really don't like to smash insects anymore, and now I can humanely remove them. I am going to buy a Critter Catcher for each room of my house and for my friends and family. Who wants spiders/insects in their home? Nobody! Such a great invention. I've only had this one day so I can't speak for its durability, but it doesn't look flimsey. Hence only 4 stars for durability.

When I was given one of these for a present I thought, "Oh no..another plastic piece of junk that will wind up in a landfill". Then I tried it. It works just as advertised and has saved many spider lives in my house. With nine foot ceilings it is perfect for removing the house spiders high in the corners and is delicate enough not to damage their fragile legs. I have also used it for slow moving flies and even to remove a Black Widow and relocate her. I am obviously a lover of most lifeforms (though ticks are trying my compassion) and I find this such a useful item that I bought two more as gifts for friends.

Not quite sure how it works - maybe all the little brushes confuse the little critters, but it does a really good of catching bugs and spiders and releasing them (apparently) unharmed outdoors. Much better built than the previous vacuum catcher that we had. Our only quibble is that the trigger mechanism broke after maybe 30 uses, but that covrered probably 18 months or two years. Anyway, we liked it enough that we reordered.

This works great with getting everything that has snuck in. Moths, hornets, spiders. Easy to use and great for relocation without harm.
