It fits 99-02 Silverado. Improved design
I installed this on my 2001 Silverado 5.3, the amazon vehicle fitment is off on this one, it fits 99-06 models. It is an improved design compared to what I had factory. It clears the throttle cable and pcv hose way better. It was the perfect length and size. My original one was collapsing at idle (full manifold vacuum). Also it came with new hose clamps for both ends on the hose.

Worked for me. Vacuum hose from the back of the intake to the brake booster. I used it in an LM7 swap into my 94 S10 so I had to trim the length. But good quality hose and came with clamps

Used with LS swap into 1991 v1500 Suburban
This installed from the back of my intake to the power brake booster. My 2001 6.0 intake had a plug in the back. I had to purchase an adapter GM and ICT make one. The hose ID was too large for the 1991 brake booster check valve. I had to purchase a 2001 check valve that fit the hose and 1991 brake booster perfectly. I did trim the hose a bit for a better fit.
