Is this a mens or youths shirt?

This is a youth shirt.. ordered this for a party to arrive just in time…. Doesn’t even go past my belly button

This says its "short" sleeve but shows 3/4 sleeve which is it?

They are actually longer than 3/4. But I bought them for a couple of 11 year olds, so take that into consideration.

One question the shirt it is for kids?

No. Buy my 10 year old nephew could wear and grow into the small. And he’s a standard size Boys 10.

Is this able to wash with whites?

I can’t say for sure as they were gifts for my grandchildren, but I haven’t heard any complaints about bleeding onto other clothes.
