Amazing product & made life so much easier! Although because this is 4k & my tv is hd hence the audio is very feeble but i know its a fault of my tv! 100% authentic product!

The device delivered had a login already showing it was used or returned product, as well the chrome cast feature labelled on the box as built in was not true, the Chrome cast or cast from any device failed to work and the device was turning off abruptly.

to fix the volume issue just download Mi remote in your phone and increase the volume from it

Good working. One-time delivery. Quality product. Product meet my expectations. Only one small problem sometimes automatically WiFi switching off then need to turn on system WiFi again., Not at all the time. But I'm happy. Thanks Mi and amazon.

Control the tv as well as the tv box with the same mi remote. Hdmi extension to correct the problem of overheating in the previous model.

Très content de mon achat, installation et mise en route aisées mais il ne faut pas oublier de mettre des piles dans la télécommande. Capte le wifi sans problème, l'ajout d'application comme Molotov ou Free TV se fait facilement. Pour moi, cela remplace une antenne intérieure et fini les interférences dérangeantes. Bon produit.

اخذته يومين شغال ويجنن جدًا حلو بس يوم ثالث طالع لي بدون اشارة وفصلته ورجعت شبكته؟ بس يقول مافي اتصال واي فاي والريموت مايشتغل م يحرك شي ماقدر اسوي فيه اي شي .. الواي فاي شغال عالجهاز مسبقا وحتى الريموت بطارياته جديدة وجددتها احتياط لكن بدون فائدة .. جربت اضغط الحبتين مع بعض لكن مانفع 🧑‍🦯 هل احد فيكم يعرف الحل ؟ ورميت العلبة ماقدر اسوي ارجاع
