Follow the instructions
We have applied this paint to the pool twice now, the first time it worked really well. The second time was last summer and there was not two consecutive weeks without rain, this was problematic. Follow the instructions!!! The color selection seems vast, but availability can be limited. It’s not difficult to apply, but the mess has to be contained, it’s difficult to clean from porous surfaces.

Don't buy unless you want to repaint your pool every year.
Only lasted 1 year. Paint chipping off after one season.

Good product
The paint provides good coverage.

Looks nice but....
Color is very vibrant and looks very good but does not play well with being applied over a previous coat of paint. Starts to flake off after a few weeks. Probably would work great on a fresh prepped surface

Blue Pool Paint
Goes on really thick. Use a disposable brush, cuz you ain’t gonna get it clean

Buy extra
Ordered six gallons of one color. Got five of one color and an off color I didn’t order. Paint is good paint, looks great. Glad I ordered extra.

Color is exactly what I wanted! So far so good. We had to patch a few leaks and paint over. Looks good! We needed 7 gallons, all matched with same color. We did get one gallon with wrong paint, they sent out replacement right away, got it within a day!

Do not buy this cheap paint.
This paint is absolute garbage. It has always taken 2 cans of paint from our local pool store to cover our very small pool in the past, so I ordered 2 cans. First of all, this stuff reeks to high heaven. I had to close all the windows in the house for 24 hours after my husband painted. The 2 cans barely covered half of the pool so, against my better judgment, I ordered 2 more cans so it would match. Still didn't cover the whole pool. My husband went out to our local store and bought our regular paint...one coat covered the whole pool, crappy paint and bald spots. If I could've scraped this junky paint off the pool and returned it for a refund, I would have. We spent $300 on a job that should have cost $120.
