ALR Industries Humapro Rocket Pop, 1.8 Pound

I turned to a doctor for low T and he suggested this to me. Man this stuff works wonders. It helps with recovery and GAiNS. If you’re like me and have some extra weight but trying to gain muscle this stuff rocks. It’ll help you shed some fat and help build muscle at the same time. This was exactly what I wanted. It’s light and easy to drink too. I drink protein 3 times a day and sometimes it’s just too much milk and all that. Just add water to Humapro and you’re golden. I even take one scoop while lifting and it has dramatically increased my gains. Glad I found this stuff. I got the Bomb pop flavor. It takes just like the popsicle. It’s sweet but not too sweet. Easy to drink. At night I’ll take casein whey. I find this is the perfect balance of fast and slow acting protein synthesis.

I’ve used Humapro for years but haven’t purchased any in the last year and a half until now because I wanted to get away from maltodextrin. I can not find what sweetener is used now (not on the label) but the flavor is still great and doesn’t cause bloating. I’ve seen other Humapro flavors using only artificial sweetener and I’m hoping that is what is in Rocket Pop. I don’t know why it isn’t on the label but this flavor did not list “other ingredients”.

I've take this for quite sometime now and I can't exactly tell you if I've seen a difference from this supplement. I feel like sticking to a whey protein is probably your best bet when going for muscular hypertrophy in comparison. It tastes fine and and the value per scoop is definitely there, but it seems too good to be true.

I'm usually able to tolerate supplements of all kinds without stomach distress but this stuff really tore me up! The first time I used it I experienced indigestion that lasted all day but I thought it might've just been a coincidence. I tried it again the next day and ended up having terrible heartburn for 2 days. I had to take a few doses of antacids to get me through till the inflammation subsided. I couldn't return per Amazon's policy on supplements so I threw the rest away.

Been using this for years in both powder and tablet form. Perfect when you are in cut prep mode for bodybuilding, or just need extra protein but don’t want anything heavy. Flavor favorites in order: strawberry kiwi, pineapple, blue raspberry, rocket pop (very sweet), mandarin orange, green apple. No bloating or stomach upset at all. I suggest mixing one scoop to 18 oz water or the flavor is very strong. Edited: Got Passion Fruit today. Smells and tastes like chemicals. Same with Apple Cider. Will not be buying these flavors again.
