I reached out to their customer service to ask some very specific questions regarding case configurations and specs before purchasing, they were extremely helpful and responsive. I have since purchased and set up the computer for home use; so far it is fast, quiet and runs great. I love the size of it, I'm able to place it behind my monitor and free up desk and floor space. I installed my extra 2.5" SSD drive easily and so far it's running great. This computer is a great value for the price, the case is built well and I look forward to running this machine for many years.

This was a really unique product, for the longest I had been wanting a PC but did not have the money for it. After finding out about Mini PCs, I wanted to look for something that worked well with a great price. The KAMRUI Mini PC was an amazing choice. Works perfectly for my home office, super easy to set up small and compact so it doesn't take up much space. Runs Windows incredibly smooth and allows me to stream movies and tv shows. I recommend it!

This little unit has great capacity, and with every other Windows 11 computer I have used, it loads rather quickly. My setup includes two 27-inch Sceptre monitors, and it handles them quite well. I also purchased a USB hub that allows me to expand the number of devices I can plug into it. Pros: It has a small profile, similar to any other tiny PC, and features a decent number of USB ports. Cons: As with a lot of newer PCs and laptops, this unit only comes with a single 3mm jack that is supposed to be used for both microphones and speakers. Because of that, you will want to use a splitter that will allow you to use both. Also, the onboard wifi is not great. I have had to purchase an external wifi just to get a more stable signal that is a lot closer to the actual speed I should be getting from my router. Something else I noticed is that there is a bit of distortion coming through on the speakers I plugged into the device, which could be a grounding issue.

We purchased this for our Community Radio station (LPFM) and I'm shocked on its performance! Especially for the price tag, I was expecting a lagging slow computer, but it is shockingly great on performance. Its VERY QUIET which is IMPORTANT in the studio! I also have a Mac Mini M4 Pro, and its comparable - yet smaller...only drawback, is my assumption (From having a MacMiniM4) no internal speakers. But in our situation, its not needed. Video quality for 2 moniters is surprisingly well. it is NOT 2 HDMI as one would expect, it has 1 HDMI & 1 D-Video out, however both perform VERY well. I'm planning on expanding it to 6 monitors this week...I'll return after. So far i'm very impressed...with the storage, ram and compact size!

This is a wonderful little PC! I've used mini PCs in the past and this is a complete all in one PC. I love that it has the latest version of windows 11 PRO running smoothly. Super quiet. It came with a large 256GB m.2 SSD (very fast) which is way better than HDD and I'll never go back. This leaves room for your 2.5” SSD whenever you need more space. No SD card slot on this one but easy to use a USB adapter for that. I wouldn't plan on using it for heavy video, but general use is excellent. I like to dual boot into retro gaming from a USB stick and it runs Batocera great as well. Supports high resolutions with jaw dropping images on my monitor. Compared to a big PC tower, this thing is amazing for the size. I really like the top ventilation as well. I plan to tuck it onto a shelf and have no concern for over heating. This is a good PC if you're looking to tinker with Windows and BIOS settings...a great machine to learn on. There are many options out there but this form factor is clearly well designed and updated. I recommend this one for your mini PC needs.

Very awesome lightning fast easy to set up and hook up.

I use this for my garage shop to run Lightburn for a laser engraver and GRBL / Vectra for a CNC and so far (3 months) has performed well. It's small and light and easily mountable with tape behind the monitor (it did come with a small mounting bracket, but that configuration didn't work for my monitor). Also that bottom half is actually a harddrive expansion that can be removed to reduce it's footprint and slightly improve heat dissipation. Standard Win 11 OS build with minimal bloat installed aside from the normal Windows stuff, and runs fast enough for my needs. The only limit I have found is running Adobe Illustrator for complex designs can get sluggish, but is totally usable for minor design edits on the fly . I knew these limits when I bought it and for $200 it's definitely more capable than I thought it would be. So far it has been a great addition to the shop and capable to do the creative dirty work in a garage without breaking the bank.

Turn it on and it asks to set up password- I don't want to use a password. During setup, took a long time downloading updates. After that it asks if it is a home or work computer, if home, then it wants to set up some Microsoft office and get that password. I used the work option. When I got online or wanted to watch any videos, I got pop-ups on just about everything I clicked on. I don't trust it. Videos slow to upload.

ليت لو يوجد تقييم بأقل من نجمة، لأنها شركة سيئة جدًا وما عندها خدمة ولا احترام للعملاء اشتريت منهم جهاز وتعطل بعد أقل من شهر (تعليق وريستارت إجباري مفاجئ لأكثر من عشر مرات يوميًا على الأقل)، فتواصلت مع البائع اللي تجاهلني أسبوعين ثم قال لي ممكن يضبط لو أعدت ضبط الجهاز (فورمات كامل)، وجربتها وما نفعت ثم راسلت الشركة الأم وماطلوني بطلبات مثل (فاتورة أمازون، رقم الطلب، صورة من بطاقة الشحن)، وبعد ما أعطيتهم كل المعلومات المطلوبة ما عاد ردوا علي، وتورطت بالجهاز إلى الآن فاحذر من شراء أي جهاز من عندهم

الجهاز ما اخذ ٥ دقائق ثم طفى من حالة ولا اشتغل
