This foot massager is pretty loud and our dog is scared of it, but it is awesome! We've had it for four years and it has held up well. The relief is on par with the vibrating foot massagers at Six Flags theme parks.

Bought this for my Mom, with hopes it could help her achy foot. Well, it more than delivered! Tickled to piecea, she said it is solid, easy to use, and the heat is divine. Until I can see her again, to give a real massage (I'm a CMT), ahhh, rest assured, this is the "BEST hands", her footsies can be in. Like most of the other reviewers, this box did not have the remote. We had already thrown out the box and didn’t feel like digging it out to get the info needed by tech support. We’re living without the remote. I would have happily given this 5 stars if the remote had been in the box. Bought this to relieve extreme pain from plantar fasciitis and lower leg swelling. This unit does what it says, and I like the infrared heat feature. The massage is vigorous, you will definitely feel it. It’s not that big of a deal for me to reach down and reset the time or intensity. Does not come with instructions, the box says they are online. I do notice a difference in my pain level and reduced swelling when I use this. Again I would like to give it 5 stars but it is bad customer service to continually not include a remote that is advertised as coming with the unit and then put the burden on the customer to contact someone to get what you’ve already paid for.

We all love this machine. However, the remote doesn't work. Doesn't bother us. It's easy to turn on. It arrived pretty quickly and was well packaged. I do recommend this product. It seems to help. The only complaint is that the foot rests have the pressure point bumps which are uncomfortable. But, if you find the right position, it's fine. We all really love it and it does seem to increase circulation. My mom has hip and knee replacement metal in her let and it works great for her. No problems. The feature we like the best is that it has a countdown timer. We use the default 5 minutes (you can set it for longer) and it automatically shuts off. First use will make your feet/legs a bit itchy from the vibration, but after you continue to use it, that sensation does not re-occur.

I really wanted to like this and for the first week I did. It was a little loud but nothing to bad. Manageable noise but I readjusted the mat and location when I moved my desk. Then the noise started to have a little squeak every few seconds. Other than that I think the product was great for a massager. Easy to port around to another room. Very light and easy AND it fit great under my desk. With the angle of the massager I could sit comfortably in my drafters chair. The red light was nice. Really wanted it to work. But for the price not willing to go buy WD40. Fix the squealing and I may reconsider purchasing again.

I've had mine for exactly 2 years. It's great! I suffer from flat foot pain in my arches and the outside bone and tendon of my foot. This product has points that allow you to target certain areas. It hurts so good. Plus, heat and vibration. I recommend!

I do not recommend unless you want to feel your bones shook to their core. Like a large jackhammer under your feet even on the lowest setting, vibrations were so strong that it rattled the entirety of my very solid body in an very uncomfortable way. This unit was so loud even with the foam mat under it that the television less than 5 ft away was inaudible. I'm disabled and Amazon returns are usually difficult for me due to repacking and transporting, however this massager was SO BAD that I had it packed and back in UPS hands the very next day.
