Ha llegado el producto en buen estado. Como no soy comprador frecuente de este tipo de productos el precio se me hizo un poco elevado, pero al utilizarlo en el aparato "Bissell Little Green Proheat Limpiador Profundo" me dejó sorprendido la calidad de la limpieza, cumple con su función y limpia manchas muy profundas, muy efectivo para limpiar colchones y salas, no tuve problemas con diferentes telas pero como dice el instructivo es recomendable primero probar en una área poco visible para ver que no dañe la tela.
