Everyone swears by the witch hazel pads, but this spray worked miracles. I like this much better.

It’s a great product. It’s very smooth, soothing and feels more protective than the liquid version.

This is the ESSENTIAL product for postpartum. Toss the tuck pads and use the foam this stuff is awesome and provides relief and comfort.

I think I prefer the Frida Mom one over this. Maybe I’m sensitive but this seemed to maybe even increase the burning whereas the Frida mom one was more soothing to me. I loved using a witch hazel foam postpartum, very easy to use, but next time I’d order the Frida Mom one instead.

If you are pregnant by this, it will save your life after you have your baby plus it’s way cheaper than the freeda Mom one and it works just the same
