Product not working
This did not work as the flat pin plug on the American product did not get into this socket as it was very tight. While trying to return Amazon displayed option for replacement only and not refund. Trying to figure out how to get the refund or a similar product from another company

A defective designed product
It’s a defective product . The design doesn’t support the specs of 2500 watts as specified. Output is also not 110 v . It may spoil your gadget if connected thru this step down adopter .

Got this product for revlon hair dryer which I took from USA . The product was able to step down and work safely till now
