The Mystic Road: Make Haste Slowly

Good. Does anyone know of any guide that could be even better?

I have completed The Mystic Road perhaps 8 or 9 times over the last 40 years. It is remarkable the way it helps me to learn to focus my mind and discipline myself to be more productive . . . not to mention the awesome peace and confidence that comes from regular meditation. And then it's great substantiation when I go to the doctor for a checkup and his nurse says: "How did you do that at 69 years old ? 100% oxygenation !" I just mysteriously say: "The Mystic Road" . . . .Many have said they don't have the time to do it. I have learned that it averages only about the time it takes to watch a half hour sitcom - after removing the commercials on a DVR - and it gives me so much greater efficiency and focus that I actually know that I have gained time ! Most spend much more time on FaceBook or TV in a day !Give it a try. You won't regret it.
