The ideal butter dish….almost
So glad I bought this butter dish, it is really really lovely. It fits a whole block of butter, the lid seals well and unlike glass, very low on the scale of breakability. Very happy with my purchase! I have to add a note to my review-a week after receiving and using the butter dish, the lettering began to smudge. Very surprising and unfortunate and I’m presuming the whole lot will eventually disappear which I won’t mind too much, but it’s a shame! (I haven’t even washed it except for before the 1st time I used it and it was hand washed)

Very nice, Cute, I am very Happy with it! Holds a lot of butter & seals well & loves that it comes with a butter knife & has a place on the lid for the knife. Highly recommend this butter dish

Cute and practical!
The base is made of sturdy metal and the wooden lid has a silicone seal. The lid holds the included butter knife which has a ceramic handle. Well made and just as pictured. Would buy again.

Very versatile and stylish and makes a great addition to any table. I especially love the quality and the little butter knife on it which makes getting the butter out easier .

Functions very well and it's nice.
I love this dish. It keeps the butter fresh and has enough room for about two sticks of butter. The butter knife is cute and has holes to help with cold butter. I really enjoy having it.

This butter dish is exactly as presented. It looks so cute on my counter! It fits two sticks of butter, and the lid seals very well. It's easy to wash. I am very happy with my purchase.

Butterdish feels different today because it is a kinda throwback to a vintage era but very convenient. it is enamel with a board cover which can be used as a little bread board to butter bread or cut butter or cheese.
