I dislike the fact that it doest have any smell at all

The scent is soft, and I smell a little cypress. It is only potent during the first hour and starts dissipating after that. It can last up to 7 hours, and the clothing will have minimal to no scent after 7 hours or less. The smell does not have a musk; it is toward the cool side of fragrances, which is why I compare it to the scent of cypress and is suitable for a male or female.This is not a perfume; perfumes are potent oil or oil-like substances that will retain the scent for even days.This is a cologne to me because it will dissipate after hours. I like it and enjoy it, and it is suitable for everyday use without being overwhelming. I am taking off one star because it does not meet the properties of a perfume.

I sometimes enjoy wearing scents that are traditionally considered to be masculine. I also like unisex fragrances, as this one is intended to be. It's a lovely scent, kind of unique. Vetiver, bergamot, and patchouli are the stars of the show here, and they are all individually identifiable in this blend. While I like this fragrance a lot, I find it definitely more masculine than feminine, or even unisex. There's a strength to it, almost a bitterness, that brings to mind men's colognes. It smells wonderful, but I usually prefer more feminine scents for myself. I might give this to one of the men in my family, though. That way I can still enjoy the smell of it!Oh, and speaking of 'giving', this eau de parfum comes beautifully packaged, ready for giving. It's even in an attractive black gift box, so you might not even need to wrap it. A nice gift, for sure!

I love trying new colognes and was intringued by this one. I never heard of the brand and thought it strange they used a toad or frog in their branding. Plus, it says it's a unisex scent. Needless to say, I wasn't expecting much. When I got it, I was impressed with the presentation though - it was boxed super nice - very much giftable in my opinion. The scent is better than I expected too - I would say it's more masculine than feminine - by a good bit too. To illustrate, I put some on before we went to Church this morning. My wife said she liked it - she wouldn't say that if she thought it was feminine. I liked it too. About the only think bad I can say is that it is expensive and is supposed to be EDP. I sprayed it on before Church and by the time I got home, I couldn't smell it. That's not long lasting at all.
