Hopefully after reading other reviews it helps with my afternoon slumps and aids me feeling better overall , lower back ache afternoon onwards was a problem only been taking a couple of weeks and noticed no lower back pain and afternoon slumps, more energy 🤞 they are working , update after a few weeks 4 months later still no mid day slumps , sleeping better , more energy & lower back pain improved a lot so glad I took plunge 😊

Ne supportant pas les traitements, j’ai commencé avec une prise d’algues de kelp j’ qui baissait un peu ma TSH, j’ai trouvé un article sur l’algue de kelp + sélénium . J ai essayé et étonnée ma TSH de 16 était à 14 , 3 mois après 12 et ensuite 9 et la 7,8 je suis très satisfaite pour mon âge (87) c est très bien . Je précise que j ai une excellente hygiène de vie , je cuisine que des produits naturels .
