Samniu 4 Pack of Torch Lighter, Jet Flame, Butane gas, Mini Refillable Windproof Lighters, for candle, fireplace, grill (Gas not Included)

Once again, I am highlighting not only the product sold in this transaction but the company and customer service that made the transaction. After a short period of having these lighters, two of them began to fail. One seemed to do fine with a cleaning but the other just was not sparking correctly. I notified the seller and asked for my options. Without endless questions and back and forths, I was given the option of a rebate pro rate for the item or a replacement. Caveat being that a replacement would take a couple of weeks in transit. I went with replacement and sure enough, two torches ended up at my door (remember only one ended up being a failure.) To me, this customer service far outshines the fact that there was a failure with the product. Since the replacement, all of torches have worked, no problems. I highly recommend these torches as well as this company for going way above and beyond which I have found rare these days.

Got these because I was tired of buying name brand supposedly great lighters that none lasted as long as their price implied they should have , saw this four pack with good reviews, got them, figured even if some stopped working, i’d have backups (hence, disposable), within a month of literally using 5 out six times, one went, just would not light, gas coming out, flint sparking fine, adjusted the gas output, nothing, ok, take two, almost the exact same timeline, and down to two, third one lasted only slightly longer with same amount of use, same symptoms, should work but nope, down to one, and luckily got the best one in the pack, been using it for many months and still going (more then once it did not light and I thought “that’s it, last lighter done for”) but it is still going , Look, I bought these knowing they were disposable but at least refillable and expected a reasonable lifetime, even the actual non refillable gas station lighters i’ve had lasted much much longer then the first three of these, that has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth for this brand, Would not recommend, low price, much lower quality.

Did not come filled with any butane, so buy the Zippo filler with it. Can’t test them yet.

In meeting the 80/20 rule (as close as they could get) only 3 out of the 4 of these worked. One leaks.

1st of all, I expected them to come charged - they do not - but it's my fault, it was mentioned in the posting (And now, I see, it is even included in the title :) ). Good thing I had a bottle of butane stashed away... No, the reasons for 3star are these: 1) It's quite difficult to charge. The canister is divided into 5 compartments, and the fill goes into 1, the smallest of all. It fills very quickly, and filling stops. Or butane spritzes all over the place if you did not press it strong enough. Then, you have to shake the bottle around, so that gas goes to other compartments. Rinse and repeat. Like tens of times to get it to half-full state, after which I called it good enough 2) The flame is quite weak. Even turned up to the max setting. I expected more kick out of it at max setting.

Low quality...don't last.

Very cheap quality. 2 pieces already damaged from the nozzle. I don't recommend the product.

Received 12 lighters all had no gas in them very disappointed
