Use this daily. Love it. Kinda salty but I think you’ll like it if you try it. Low cal Mac n cheese w kelp noodles etc.

We've ordered this for the last two years as part of subscribe and save. The last two bags we've received the flavor and the texture of the powder was completely different. The flavor used to be amazing, and now tastes nothing like cheese, but some chemical taste. The consistency used to be a fine powder, and now it's this gritty sandy yellow stuff. Thought the first one we got in December was just a fluke and ordered another bag and received it in February and the new bag was just the same as the one we tossed out. Not sure if they changed a recipe or an entire batch was bad and no one noticed. You can't return this for you money back, so not going to order again. Once is forgivable, but twice?

It’s like a giant pack of those little packs of cheddar out of the box. Tastes great!!

I use this for adding to about anything that needs flavor. Soup to tamales. I’m always out of cheese, so its been great.

Great addition to food

The product has a very fine consistency and likely that is why it sticks and clumps easily when exposed to moisture in the air. Careful not to get product on anything such as clothing, as it adheres and it might result in a bright orange stain. (A cheddar without food coloring will be my choice, if I ever purchase this type of product again.) Purchased product as a flavoring for popcorn with expectation that it would taste like commercially made, cheddar popcorn. Flavor didn’t meet personal expectations. That doesn’t translate as a negative review. It depends on the customer and how they use the product.

Pefect for sprinkling on baked vegetables like brocolli and cauliflower for a flavor boost. Stays on top and melts just enough to coat them. Probably kicks mac and cheese up, too, since it has a real and great cheddar flavor the package coating doesn't have. Going to explore all sorts of ways to enjoy it.

This is not a review of the flavor. The front says "Cheddar cheese powder nothing else." I have bought other "It's Just" products, and since it was out of stock I thought this would be ok to sub for Anthony's. Well, if you look close, which I unfortunately didn't, it's NOT just, and there's even an image to try to make excuses about "things required to make the product." Well, the first ingredient is whey, which is not cheddar cheese. Anthony's ingredients starts with cheddar cheese. This product also contains blue cheese, which is definitely not cheddar and definitely not needed to produce the product. It also contains artificial dye, which is not good nor needed to produce the product. Anthony's has color too, but it's natural annatto. It also contains maltodextrin and sunflower oil, neither of which are needed to produce Anthony's. I consider this a definite example of false advertising.
