I got this to use with MagicJack and it works just fine. It looks a lot better than those handheld phones sitting around as that is what it is doing the majority of it's time. I have heard and been heard by everyone I've talked to just fine. Setting up voicemail and notification settings were pretty straight forward though I would've liked to have been able to read the 1 page of very tiny instructions before just diving in and hoping I was doing it right. Date and time setup even easier. Unfortunately I can only have 1 phone doing it this way unless I wanted to try and go through the old phone lines but that can cause it's own headaches. It works fine and since it's the number that I give out to people does get used almost at least weekly. It looks nice, calls are clear, the bluetooth option is a bonus, easy setup. Recommend.

It's crap. You order to Australia and they send a US phone cord. Can't use it here. Waste of my money

UPDATE: Do not buy this older model! Get the NEWER model. Thank me later! I love look of this phone even if the audio quality isn’t super duper awesome. Audio is good. I thought the Bluetooth would not remember my iphone if I removed it from range but the v-tech DOES remember my iPhone SE 2020. My iPhone 11 disconnected from Bluetooth and had to be reconnected numerous times but it’s probably the cell phone. The connection became noisy when I take the handset to the other end of my small home so audio could be better. So, that said, I like the retro phone. More colors, and improved audio and blue tooth would be awesome. Overall, V-tech is onto something good here but I wish they could improve upon it.

Works perfectly, I got this for my mother who struggles to keep her phone off of silent and within reach at home. She was used to having a home phone, while she only uses the Bluetooth, it bridged the gap nicely. Sound quality could be better and the microphone doesn’t sound the best on the other end, but it definitely does the job well for what I bought it for.

My Panasonic home phones connect to my cell phone bluetooth easily, but my cell Phone will not connect to this vtech at all. And the sound quality of this vtech is awful. I returned it to amazon. Thank goodness amazon lets you return junk like this. Never did had good luck with vtech phones.
