Great product with excellent benefits at a reasonable price… good stuff! zinc and copper are known to have a synergistic relationship meaning they work together in the body to achieve a greater effect than either could alone. However, it's important to maintain a proper balance between them, as high levels of one can interfere with the absorption of the other.

These capsules are not too big, and include a small amount of copper which, most people do not know, we need in our human bodies. It is also not an excessive amount such that, if you were sick or coming down with something, you couldn’t double up on them. 2 or 3 would be my limit if I were sick. The above is not * medical advice ,* it is merely what I happen to do in my own situation. I rarely get sick, even when exposed to sick people in planes and airports. It is all due to how I SUPPLEMENT prior to, during, and after a trip. It takes work and intention to stay healthy and protected. It doesn’t happen magically on its own. As a sidenote, when I really want to protect myself, or get sick on a very rare occasion, I supplement zinc with a good brand of Quercetin and vitamin C. (Again, just my routine; not medical advice.) Have a healthy ‘25.

On time and my product was in tact. Happy it’s only one capsule.

Update: Changed to 4 stars as the company offered refund and replacement of a newer batch of product to try. Hoping they work better. Good company. Zinc levels and copper levels dropped over the course of taking this product every day for 2 months straight. This is a vitamin c supplement at best although I did not have vitamin c bloodwork done. Not sure why this didn't work but blood tests don't lie. At least it didn't make me feel sick or anything Waste of money.

Worked well for me. I was around a lot of sickness and between this and the olive oil supplements I stayed well.

Why would the product lie about the vitamin C content? The picture says 495% DV or so but the actual product has 100% DV. I am not even necessarily mad or think it is bad, I just think it is false advertising.

It's too bad that the Vitamin C is synthetic. Not good to take long term. I wish I would have known that before ordering. Won't be ordering again.
