Lock is the best in market for tenants, no modifications at all to existing lock and fully adaptable and adjustable for most UAE locks.Touch pad is great and doing exactly what’s expected but only downside is the hub that’s takes time to get online compared to many other brands, it’s improved recently with an update but still not ideal, but works, however I’m slightly concerned when I’m outside home to remotely control my lock and other SwitchBot devices. I don’t feel it’s 100% reliable
