I havea used these for several year and the usual hanging moth killers, they have been effective. The indicator on the kit shows how long they are effective. The seem to catch the coupe of moth which venture in the wardrobes and cupboards.

Value for money

These definitely catch moths. A tip if you don't want to buy the plastic holders (though they work best in wardrobes) is to use the cardboard roll from the middle of a toilet roll, or kitchen roll - you have to fold the sheet slightly to get it to fit inside. Then you can put it e.g. under furniture, behind stuff on a shelf etc. You can't really just use the sheet without any sort of holder as it is very sticky.
