The media could not be loaded. This diffuser is exactly as described on Amazon. It can hold a half cup of water easily. It came with a small remote that allows me to control the power, the light (high/low), the size of the flames (big/small), continuity, and a timer. I like the simplicity of the design. I take off the top, pour water in the container, add some essential oil, and replace the top. I have to use the remote to turn it on. It works perfectly, is quiet, and makes the house smell nicely. I like eucalyptus and lemon grass. They keep us focused and alert.I recieved a lot of compliments on this product and have not had any issues with leaking.

My first diffuser and it does not disappoint. We use filtered water from out tap and it runs fine without any issues. Been running it off and on for the last few days as needed we bought the mainstays lavender oil at Walmart for 4 dollars because it is Pet Safe and we have a Dog and Cat in our household. The mist is very good and looks allot like a small fire which gives a nice ambience at night. The remote is very functional and works fine. We looked at the various models that change colors and the fire color was the best for our needs. The outer removable shell is very nice and decorative and doesn't look cheap like some of the others so the wood looking was the best. Sits on top of our piano and we get compliments on it. Was packaged securely and delivered on time.

Great diffuser!, very attractive works good. The Remote works good also. Having the choice of one color or change and mist to low or high is good also. Very satisfied. I use it daily.

EDIT: The seller reached out and promptly sent a replacement, now the "flames" are working in this new one! Hoping it will last more than 3 months :)It used to have a very pretty flame looking like smoke effect, which is the whole reason i bought it for.After using it for about 3 months or so, it no longer blows up making it so the effect is not at all there anymore. very disappointed that it didn't even last a year.

GOOD QUALITY & PRICE

Absolutely love this diffuser it runs for 4 hours at a time and the light can be turned on or off. Plus is calming with the light looks like fire.

Update: I held in the power button for about 5-10 seconds and that seemed to solve the issue! Whoop whoop! GREAT diffuser!Hey all. Has anyone had issues with the diffuser beeping twice, but not turning on? I love this diffuser, but it had built up mold so I scrubbed it and I am worried that I must have accidentally gotten some water in the wrong area because now it won't power on. Any suggestions?? Thanks!
