This is a supplement used at the advice of my physician. I have been taking these for many years and they appear to help maintain my vitamin D and Omega levels. I like the ease of the small size of the gel.

Used for health for Vitamin D3. I keep these in the refrigerator so they will stay fresh.

It’s a vitamin. I don’t know that I feel a difference when taking, but my doctor checks my d level & it’s within normal limits. I trust Carlson brand.
