Primal Harvest Primal Sleep Support Supplement for Adults with Melatonin, GABA, Valerian Root, L-Tryptophan, Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate, and Chamomile for Deep Restful Sleep

I started using this about a yr ago. I had tried several things, even the 1 that ran 25 commercials a day, only to have it stop working, never work, or left me feeling spacy amd still unable to sleep. Primal sleep works nightly. I take it 20 mins before turning out the light and I don't remember falling asleep. There's some nights where I am exhausted and know I will fall asleep np but end up waking up at 2 am. I can still take 1, fall asleep, and b ok at 7 am. Or just take my norm 2 at bedtime so i dont have to deal with it. I may wake up to go to the bthrm but I still fall right back asleep. This was a lifesaver since I am someone that sleep walks and many prescription meds made it worse or caused me to blackout.

This product did not help me sleep through the night. It does help with alertness in the morning.

I used this product for Several months and then it bothered my stomach. I took a several weeks break from it and I noted that I needed to make some other changes in my attitudes and routines so that my sleep would be better. The dosage is good with two pills as the bottle recommends. When I took more than two that is what set me up for stomach irritation. Now it works well again with a relaxing routine and the recommended dosage.

Unfortunately I’ve needed sleep aids for some time, this product does noticeably help with no “next day drag” effect.

The combination of ingredients target conditions to help you sleep. I consistently sleep better when using it.

This was supposed to be good according to the internet and it didn’t work for me. I struggle to fall asleep and typically take 40 mg of Melatonin each night. I tried these pills without the melatonin and didn’t get sleepy. I then had to take them with the melatonin. Now I’ve been using just melatonin for the last two weeks and that works better than these pills. I may have a slightly high tolerance for sleep aids as typical OTC pm pills don’t work for me either. I now take usually 50 mg of melatonin to get sleepy. Willing to try something different because I don’t want to take 40 or 50 mg of melatonin, it’s a little high.

It seems to work pretty good. I take one at bedtime. If I wake up before 2am, I take another one. Nice that it’s drug free
