We bought this product for a summer cabin last year. Looks like a quality product and well made. Installed it in the shower and very nice to use. At the end of summer we drain our water system for the winter. When we started the water this year and tried the shower the centre valve leaked. I tried to reach out to Shower System, (SR SUN RISE 3-Function Round Shower Faucet with Adjustable Shower Slide Bar and 6-Setting Handheld Shower Head, 12 Inch Wall Mounted Shower Set with Valve for Bathroom, Matte Black) seller and finally got a response. There rep Sofia finally answered my inquiry and asked for a video of the problem. Sent in the video and haven't heard from SR Sun Rise Sofia since. The product seems real well made but no fixes if problems do appear so I now rate this as a zero. I finally have contact with a company rep Jarry. They have a fix (change centre valve cartridge) and after I do it and it works I will update this to the five. Thank You Jarry. Finally got the cartridge. I now rate this as 5 even though I will have to remove the cartridge every year to keep it from freezing. Every thing else seems top quality.

The shower and hand held are marvelous. There are several features why we have come to enjoy this shower system. The first is the water pressure in the hand held. I have long thick hair and often struggle to rinse it completely using other showers. The second feature we appreciate is the ability to turn the faucet on to the correct temperature and then we can turn down the force of the stream as to not waste water but still be bathed by the warm water. We recently sold the home we installed this shower system in during our bathroom makeover. Hopefully, it will still be available when we remodel the new home's bathroom. It is a great value for the money.

My contractor recommended this shower valve system, he said he he's used it on multiple remodels with good results. I really like the shower head even though it installs at an angle not parallel to the floor the water doesn't spray everywhere, the water goes straight down. I had the hand held installed at shoulder height for the days that I don't wash my hair. The best part of the whole shower is the how great the water feels from the shower head. I bought the 8 inch head after I went to Home Depot and saw how big the 10 inch is. I will be buy this again when I remodel my other shower. I bought an extra cartridge based on the reviews but plumber didn't need it.

I spent WEEKS trying to find the right CHROME shower system for a modern spa-inspired master bathroom, and I am so happy to have bought this. I don't personally like rainfall shower heads, but my partner does. I use the handheld as the main shower head, and the pressure is AMAZING. This was tough to find. Also, the rainfall shower head has great pressure as well. I was also looking for a system where both the rainfall and handheld shower heads could be used simultaneously, and this absolutely fits the bill. I would recommend this quality shower head for a clean modern look where one is searching for simultaneous function and good shower pressure.

This shower system is beautiful! Water pressure from shower head is so nice! Feels like a raging downpour! Wand also has great pressure. My contractor had no problems installing. Highly recommend!
