Not for plus size women
It would be helpful if the listing can specify upto what waist size this pillow can take. I am now noticing several women complain about this and I am experiencing the same - the pillow does not fit and it actually hurts to wear because the foam won't budge and take shape to fit the wearer. That might not be an issue for slimmer wearers, so a disclaimer on waist size might help.

Most of the products in the market are soft and unsafe.Oscar feeding pillow is made of firm foam which holds its shape. It supports the baby’s spine. It also has a pouch to hold feeding bottle etc
