I bought this item in 2023 and have used it most days. For unknown reason the device had stopped working. However, when I contacted Tongveo they had informed that the product had 3 years guarantee and replaced it, delivering it the next day. Brilliant item and excellent customer service from Tongveo!

One aspect has been causing inconvenience: the startup voice notifications and other voice prompts. Specifically, when the speakerphone connects via Bluetooth or disconnects, it loudly announces these events. While I appreciate the informative nature of these notifications, they become problematic—especially at night when others are sleeping nearby. The repeated announcements disrupt the quiet environment and can be quite jarring.

Sound quality is not as expected, the larger version is better and the additional expense is well worth it.

This Conference Speaker and Microphone is good quality but I found the sound a little bit distorted at times, but that could also be down to the callers microphone / setup. Its a good product for conference calling and quite easy to use and setup. I haven't had any major problems with it at all. It's not the cheapest but it's not the most expensive either. I feel its at the right price point for the quality of the product. Recommended.
