6 pin to 2 x PCIe 8 (6+2) pin Graphics Card PCI-e Express VGA Splitter Power Extension Cable(2 Pack)

My HP z420 Workstation has a 600 watt power supply that is proprietary only to this model of machine. I attempted to upgrade my power supply only to find out that the Main Power Connector to the Motherboard has only 18 pins instead of the standard 20 or 24 pin in standard ATX Motherboards. The pins are also electrically different as well so I decided to purchase this adapter instead. It works like a champ, just plugged it right in to the single rail (6 pin ONLY) that my power supply had and I am able to use my nVidea GTX 680 Classified Video Card with the (2) 8 pin connectors that my card required off of a single 6 pin rail. I have had NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER!

This worked great, I had to split the GPU power from the Power supply in to two 6 pin power plugs. Worked awesome and direct fit

These get warm sometimes which worries me but so far no issues with 6 months of mining.

Great option to power risers and cards with a single 6 pin connection. Also able to sue these to connect a 6 pin GPU power cable to a 8 pin GPU. Will definitely be buying more as my rigs expand.

I own probably 12 of these adapters. So far I’ve had 2 that have given me issues. First one, a pin came out and wouldn’t go back in. No big deal, maybe I pulled on it too hard and need to be more careful with them. Second one: Smell burning coming from my home computer aka not a miner, and the adapter had melted to the point of the computer blue screening. Now I’m trying to troubleshoot the card it was plugged in to and look for a different option. This is a fire hazard and I do not recommend you use it even at low wattages.

Worked great had absolutely no issues. Connection was good and felt like quality material.

This works great. I have an HP workstation with more than adequate power supply for two GPUs, but not enough aux power connections. Used this to hook everything up and it is working great
