Hola, antes que nada. entiendo que los que estamos o estabamos pasados de peso es por la forma de alimentarse y los problemas emcionales o psicologicos, asi como la cultura propia. intente muchas formas y maneras de como bajar de peso, por cuationes de salud. proble un sin fin de productos y nada, ya habia perdido la fe. me costo mucho tomar de decion de comprar este producto. Finalmente lo hice, me controla la aciedad por comer, eso conlleva a tener control a la comida. y no comer de mas mas que lo necesario se revierte el metabolisnmo. y por lo tal hay motivacion el cual da energia para continuar. Excelente producto. he bajado o perdido 20 libras.

To everyone, First, let me say this: everyone’s body are not equal, therefore each person using this product, their body will react differently. In my case after 3 day usage, my energy was getting low rather than high. I started to fe very uncomfortable pain around my abdominal start the first day. On the 3rd, i could barely lift my arms after the gym. Further, my heart was pounding even though I have taken the supplement 13 hours earlier. Moreover, I noticed my eyes blood vessels could be seen. I am not a rookie with gym supplements and I workout 5 days a week lifting weights. But I thought I give this a try not only for energy purpose but also for cutting back (shredding). Unfortunately my body reaction was not what I expected. My caution to everyone as a human, do not take this. Please don’t risk anything. It’s not worth it. You wanna suppress your appetite to lose weight? Do cardio. I mean not on treadmill because on the 3 or 4 day, you will be bored and don’t wanna do it. We are human and we get bored easily Instead, go for exactly 2.5-3 miles walk 4-5 days a week. And I will tell you this that it does make a big difference and you’ll see a change within yourself. Now you are wondering how come I didn’t do that? I used to but lately I been traveling a lot for work and I wanted to do a short cut. Unfortunately it’s not a healthy one.
