I’ve finally been able to properly steam veggies, dumplings, and fish without improvising with foil or mismatched lids. My only gripe is the handle—it gets way too hot during cooking. Very nice finish but why did I have to assemble the handle to the lid? It would have shipped just fine assembled at the factory
