Love this ají amarillo paste! Always purchase this brand, Inca’s Food. Will continue to use it as long as I can purchase this paste. Value is good. Taste is great! Heat level is what I grew up with in Peru! It was sealed till I unsealed it to use it. Lasts a while in the fridge.

Delicious and nice bite of spice. Perfect for making authentic Peruvian dishes. Sealed nicely, no leaks. Great value, a little goes a long way. The heat level is perfect to make spicy or mild dishes. I highly recommend this paste.

Excellent part of the base for Peruvian chicken marinade and amazing as part of a quick aji verde blender sauce that can be used as a dip, spread for sandwiches, on eggs, etc. A little goes a long way.

Great condiment to have!

The product arrived with the button in the center of the lid popped up, indicating that the seal on the jar had been broken and it was no longer safe to consume. The lid of the jar in fact has a note on it instructing you to reject the item if the button is popped up. It's possible this happened after it was sent, but given that other reviewers have had this problem, it seems more likely that spoiled products are being sent in the hope that consumers just won't notice.

This is good, very spicy, and earthier than I expected. I thought it might be a little "fruitier."

A delicious, spicy and creamy sauce. I love to cook with new things, and ordered this as I had searched 5 grocery stores in my area. It is pretty spicy on its own. I typically mix it into sour cream and use it on Mexican dishes. It adds a nice spice, mixes in well to sour cream. It makes a nice aioli too. I was thrilled with this brand and product. Will buy again.
