All I know is I always feel better emotionally, more alert, and calmer when I take it.

I take this vitamin because I have the MTHFR gene, so I do not process regular folic acid. Works great.

Some energy but I know I have to take it longer than a month. Looking forward to seeing better results.

Methylated forms of vitamins are much easier for the body to utilize. I notice the energy boost more with this brand than any "cheaper" varieties I've tried. I'm sticking with this one now, it works the best for me. Probably will for you too!
