Not happy need help , amazing is not helping to solve problem , don't purchase bike or any electronic from amazon , becoZ after having issues in product they never help or reply or send any technician . I purchased kobo exercise bike..and after using 2 monthSome kind of sound is coming from machine ( near paddle). I called them many time and every time they r saying the same line ..our technician is working on it ..they will call u ...since 5 day they r only egnoring not sending any one to chek the machine...

After lot of research , i was confused whether I should get a upright bike /normal/recumbentThen I discovered foldable 3 in 1 has all 3 modes and was way affordableAnd also magentic bike is good for kneesAnd it has flywheel of 4kg , good resistenceAnd also hand pull up bars attachedSeat can be adjustedLight weight , shifted easily between one room and anotherHaving many choices for foldable bike in same rangeI chose this because , it has better option, new model , released just 2 months back and looks amazing - the product and monitorWonderful oneAnd here in tamilnadu, they dont provide installation.But it was easy to assembleTook around an hour

It is a well designed product to fit in small spaces. It can be folded to store in a very small space. Right now it appears to be useful for young and senior citizens as well. Must for every home. I shall revise my review in few months after use if any adverse feature is still observed. After its use till now, I am reducing one star. If it goes out of order or for repair of minor glitch, there is no arrangement or franchise. After its use till today 22/4/23 I am reducing the star to one for this beautiful product. I phoned manufacturers for a service in Lucknow. He gave a phone number of saying it is for Lucknow. I phoned him and found that it belonged to Chandigarh. Chandigarh person told it is how they fool customers. However Chandigarh person gave me a Lucknow phone number. So buy Kobo products on your own risk.
