Doesn't cut tape shown in picture
I am literally using the exact 3M mounting tape they show in their demo picture. When I contacted support they said I was using tape that was too thick and that the tape needs to be 1.2mm or thinner. I explained I was using tape that was 1.1mm thick. They then said it actually doesn't work well for tape thicker than .875mm. I just want the product to work as advertised.
