I LOVE this product! If you need D-Mannose and CPAC buy this!!!!!
I recommend this product because it has the D-Mannose and CPAC that my doctor recommended and that has been very effective. It also has just the right amount of probiotics, most probiotics are too much and mess up my system. But the #1 reason I recommend this brand above all others, is because it doesn't have a bunch of other junk in it that I don't need and probably isn't even effective. Most supplements try to tell you their capsules contain rainbow dust and unicorn farts, but not these guys. Seriously, 5+ stars!

It works!
I’ve been able to confirm this supplement works for me as: I went from 2+ to 0 UTIs a year after starting it 1.5 years ago. I switched to another brand when this one was out of stock, and within 3 weeks I had a UTI.

Great product
I have a swallowing problem so usually do drops but these capsules are easy to swallow. They have the correct amount of vitamin C that is recommended for cranberry supplements.

Capsules had mold in them. I ask for a refund
This product started to mold 2 weeks after I opened it. There is mold in each capsule. I don’t live in the US and ordered 2 bottles so that it could last me 2 months. The mold started growing in both of these bottles. I demand a refund for this, not only these pills are not usable anymore, I may have ingested mold in the first days of usage when the mold was not as obvious as it is now.
