Easy to use. Keeps your H&P organized as a student. Was great for clinicals.

I really enjoy this H&P template book. There is ample room for assessment and plan, which is more difficult to find in templates. I particularly like the “to do” section right next to plan. This product comes with a sheet of quick reminders (standard IVF rates, common PO med dosages, etc). Not only that, it has ID badge laminations of this same information if that is more your style. I will definitely be using their products for medicine wards in the future - I have nothing but good things to say about this simple and effective layout.

This notebook is perfectly designed and it's very helpful during 3rd year clinical clerkships! The template is easy to use and the size of the notebook is perfect. Highly recommend this product!! The only thing I would have wished for if the extra information sheet could be integrated into the notebook.

Used this Notebook for my third year pediatrics rotation and I will say that it was a lifesaver. Made keeping patient notes and information organized. Really liked how each page was separated into different sections and served as constant reminder on important information to ask the patients during encounters. 10/10 recommend.

This notebook saved my life while I was rotating through pediatrics. It was my best tool that kept me organized and focused. It allowed me to illicit all the important symptoms with the concise review of systems. I highly suggest for any medical school students who are still learning the ropes.

I had a friend recommend this notebook for FNP clinicals. She said it was a great tool to help with your interview/assessment organization. I have received mine and I’m super excited to use it this semester. It has all of the necessary information for a good H&P. It will save me time by being able to circle and check boxes rather than write everything out.

I am currently on my peds rotation and this is a life-saver! Pages are thick, well organized, and its the perfect size to take in the patient's room. The added mini cards are my favorite. I highly recommend and will repurchase. The only thing I would like different is if the cover of the book was blank, rather than showing I have an H&P book on hand.
