Perfect and not very heavy. My daughter already knows how to do a cartwheel after practicing on this. The smallest one is still a good size for my 7 year old.

Light and easy to gold
We have had similar mats which are much heavier. If you are moving this from room to room in your home it is the perfect weight. My daughter uses it for dance and exercise and can easily move it around.
