Bought an amp from them and it blew up immediately. Never got to hear it. But the bass knob is very accurate

This bass knob is built very well , sturdy construction and very smooth feel when you turn the knob. I gave 4 stars overall because it seems to add a soft hiss to my sytem?? Not noticeable at high volume, but I noticed it immediately upon installation!! Overall I would still purchase again because of the quality of materials used and the strong metal construction. Yes the noise is there barely .but that's not a deal breaker for me .my system is hardly ever running at low decibels 😏😁😁
